We are open year round. Please make reservations in advance.
Walk-ins accepted on a cash-only, space availability basis.

Rates:
Guest cabin rents for $100.00 per day/$600.00 per week based on up to 4 person occupancy.
$25.00 per night for each additional person.
5.25% Montezuma county lodging tax will be added.

Rental Fee Payment:
50% of the full rental fee is required at time of booking to secure your reservation, the remaining 50% is due upon arrival. Payment can be made by money order, check or cash. Credit cards are not currently accepted.
